It sounds like you mostly play GPP. This is a 1.1 based clan. What is your experience in 1.1?

hes played since the begining of trem with me in a few clans.
then he moved to gpp he was very skilled when he left.
he has alot of skill still hes been playing 1.1 for a bout a week now.
1.1 is where i met him

This completely confirms my concern. If he can re-adjust back to 1.1 successfully I definitely think he would make a good addition to the clan. Skills do NOT transfer from GPP to 1.1.
