lol I did not know scrim leaders had all those responsibilities, probably because I never paid attention. 

We give trusted members who show the potential to embody these values; level 7.
Obviously I'm glorifying the concept, but ideally you would take on all those "responsibilities".

This is why I always find it funny when members beg for level 7, they don't understand it's not just a title, it means you want to contribute more to the clan.
