So here's how to solve it for windows at least:
Click windows icon in bottom corner
Search ''folder options'' and click on it
In folder options, click the ''view'' tab
Under advanced settings click ''files and folders'' and click ''show hidden folders, files and drives.
Now you can go "User > Appdata > Local > Tremulous > base > screenshots"
